 What is Unity ?

Unity Center of Miami was established in March,
1978. Unity is a world wide movement with
headquarters in Unity Village, Missouri, U.S.A. |

Unity is a family of loved ones drawn together
by their mutual belief in an idea. The idea that holds us
is that of a good and all-powerful God whose love indwells
us and gives us everything we need to live happy, healthy,
productive lives. This idea and the people who believe it
have created blessings of positive thought and prayer for
our world. Our history is filled with stories of answered
prayer, prosperity demonstrations, miracles of healing, and
peace. |

Our future holds no less, for each of us unfolds
as God's beloved expression, our individual spiritual growth
speeds the spiritual development of our world. |

Unity Center of Miami is dedicated to teaching
and living the dynamic Truths revealed by Jesus
Christ. |

Our mission is to teach, empower and support
adults and children in the transformation of their lives through
knowing their Oneness with God. |

Believe!

God is
absolute good, everywhere present. |
|
|
|
Human
beings have a spark of divinity within them, the
Christ spirit within.
Their very essence
is of God, and therefore they are inherently
good also. |

|
Human
beings create their experiences by the activity
of their thinking.
Everything in the
manifest realm has its beginning in thought. |
|
|
|
Prayer is
creative thinking that heightens the connection
with God-Mind and therefore brings forth wisdom,
healing, prosperity and everything good. |
|
|
|
Knowing
and understanding the laws of life, also called
Truth, are not enough.
A person must also live the Truth that he or she
knows. |
